We are changing the way you order prescriptions.
Under the new drive to tackle medicine wastage within the NHS, we will no longer accept prescription requests from the pharmacy. You will be able to order your prescriptions

1. On line via  NHS app or Patient Access 
2. Prescription request form
3. Bring in you paper request -complete the right hand side of the prescription slip

If you are requesting a prescription that is not on your repeat please complete on On line Request Form
